For those who reside in South East Asia. Just a note to tell you it is not at all difficult to eat healthily in this region. I know that you may disagree, when most food served are high carb and high fat - like the famous hainanese chicken rice, roti prata, nasi padang, mee goreng, char kway teow, ice kachang and many more. You just have to know where and what to eat.
